Case order form

Upon receiving your order submission, someone from our team will review your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if there are any questions.

Once your order has been approved, a separate email with an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. On this invoice, you will see a charge for "true shipping". We will calculate the actual cost of shipping these cases to your address and will add that cost to your invoice.

You have 48 hours to pay the order invoice. If unpaid within those 48 hours, your order will be released and you will need to submit another order request. Once payment is received, your order will ship in 2-5 business days.

**Important - your order will not ship until the invoice has been paid in full.**

Please note - no additional discounts or rewards can be used on these orders.

To ensure you are getting the best possible prices, we do not conduct our normal high touch quality control on these products. These cases have come directly from our maker/manufacturer and when you purchase a full case from us, we simply open the box to verify it is the correct product, tape the box back up and ship it to you.

Products purchased from Oh You're Lovely wholesale cannot be resold on Amazon, Etsy or EBay. They can be resold on your business website or brick and mortar store but not for less than our MSRP. Retail pricing can be found at www.ohyourelovely.com. Products can be used as supplies and can be altered for creating finished pieces that purchaser may sell.
